Enquiries

Sending an email, WhatsApp message, or enquiry does not create a contract. HawkMetriQ may decline projects that are not a good fit or where requirements, timing, or scope cannot be agreed.

Project scope

Each project is based on an agreed scope, deliverables, price, and timeline. Anything not listed in the agreed scope, including extra pages, features, integrations, copywriting, SEO campaigns, or ongoing maintenance, may require a separate quote.

Payments

Payment terms are confirmed before work begins. Deposits, milestone payments, or final balances may be required depending on the project. Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included where agreed in the project scope. Major changes of direction, new requirements, or repeated revisions outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Timelines

Estimated timelines depend on project size, content, feedback, and third-party services. Delays in providing content, approvals, login details, or payments may affect delivery dates.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled, payment may be due for work already completed, time reserved, or costs already incurred. Any refund or remaining balance will depend on the stage of the project and the written agreement.

Liability

HawkMetriQ aims to build reliable, professional websites, but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, sales, enquiries, or uninterrupted third-party services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project unless the law says otherwise.
